The Epson DS-80W is the fastest, smallest, and lightest portable wireless scanner that can scan as fast as 4 seconds per page.
The scanner has a 600 dpi optical resolution for detailed picture capture and can scan documents ranging in size from 2 x 2" to 8.5 x 72". When scanning 8.5 x 11" sheets of paper, it can scan business cards, ID cards, receipts, and letter size sheets at a rapid speed of 15 ppm at 300 dpi.
The scanner detects connectivity and switches between USB and battery-powered wireless operation without the need for user involvement and is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
The automatic feeding mode automatically merges multiple-page scans into a single file and accepts each additional sheet as it is inserted. Additionally, OCR and document management tools are integrated, allowing you to create editable text and searchable PDFs. When scanning directly via USB, a single USB cord connects to your computer to power the scanner, and the scanner has a rechargeable built-in battery for wireless use.
